We do once we determine someone has a suitable winterized RV - one that's insulated and capable of providing adequate warmth during our cold winter months.(Please understand that we require a $300 security deposit for all long-term rentals that will be used to cover excessive electricity usage. Any time your site's monthly power bill exceeds $150, we will draw from your deposit to cover it.) If at any point the entire $300 deposit has been used to cover excessive power usage, we will ask you for another $300 to continue camping here. Of course, if you never exceed $150/month in electricity usage, your deposit will be returned to you upon departure. Bottom line? If you'd like to explore long-term camping with us during wintertime, please call owner/manager Scotty at 941-726-0617 and make sure your RV is a good fit for Western New York's harsh winter climate.
